      Pros

      Cool high tech projects, great location, autonomous & unstructured work environment, tons of opporunities to learn

      Cons

      Sometimes you get yanked from project to project, depending on which contracts are hot. Also there are inefficiencies in procurement and subcontracts that can be frustrating when you are trying to make things happen

      Great company to work for, Excellent benefits second to none. Lots of new and exciting technology. Flexible hours, work from home is optional

      Cons

      If you com in on as part of a contract and that contract expires then you need to reapply for another job within the company.
