Pros

Working at general atomics as an intern was enjoyable for several reasons. They have a great staff, work ethic, and provide a great level of customer service.

Cons

This company is going through a sort of transition from a small company to a large company. In some ways it seems they are locked into the DoD industry without much consideration of the Civilian UAV possibilities.

Pros

There is a lot of growth opportunity within the company IF you are a part of the inner team of decisions makers. Work hours are flexible and there is a gym.

Cons

The work load comes like typical big DoD money, it starts and stops from a craw to a sprint. The raises are limited to just above inflation and Christmas bonus is one paycheck (this will be the only bonus you receive).
