      Pros

      The employees were great people to work with and were all very willing to help me with my projects and offer advice. I felt like the work was meaningful and interesting and the pay and benefits were great

      Cons

      It was occasionally difficult to get work done through a lot of the bureaucratic red tape that comes with work for a large company, especially a contractor of the government.

      schedule (9/80 work week), terrific people to work with, company is loyal--does not have a hire-and-fire mentality like other government contracting companies

      Cons

      Can be difficult to move up, some employees get "comfortable" and are difficult to motivate
