Pros

GA-ASI is the kind of place that whole families go to work for. They are really not in the practice of firing anyone save for the extreme under performers. They spare no expense when it comes to outfitting your office as you feel you need in order to perform your duties.

Cons

Politics. Unprofessional management staff. Families work there, so favoritism is constant and apparent. Certain Engineering disciplines still behave as though this is the wild West with very little documentation and little to speak of in the way of standardized business practices. HR crawls at a snail's pace so don't make any plans around your start date or around any promised promotions/pay increases.

Pros

Safe secure employment. There is plenty of work to do here.

Cons

When promoted from within, your increased income will be bare bone minimum. Get the amount of money you want before you get in.

Pros

Good money, ok benefits, cool product

Cons

Lame HR, so many rules and stupid processes, some managers are slave drivers (you should be happy to have a job). Everything is a priority so nothing is. Ever changing goals and long term stratiges
