Pros

Good benefit package, yearly bonuses for some, challenging industry and programs, quick company growth, over all a good place to work in this down economy.

Cons

Lack of management, some do not see the big picture, this is a corporation not a small aircraft shop. Regardless of how good you are and how much work you do, if you do not rub the right shoulders your chance to advance or be recognized is null and frustration/disappointing could be part of your daily life. At the end of the day if you are okay with all this, this is the place to be.

Pros

Growing company allows you to explore any possibilities. Company broke into may different SECTORS allowing you to be exposed to a lot of different aspects.

Cons

The system is crap. Training is very minimal and you are expected to learn everything with out proper training. Mistakes are compounded as a result

Pros

Great benefits for someone fresh out of college. I really enjoyed the 9/80 schedule (work 9hrs/day and get every other Friday off). Decent pay.

Cons

There is no focus on developing new talent. The majority of employees I worked with were individuals who were looking for an easy 40-45 hours job and wanting a place to retire. But for new graduates, there was no focus on developing them into the next set of leaders. My manager, who GA allowed to work remotely from half way across the country, actually told me he wasn't interested in developing me.
