Pros

It's a paycheck. There are a lot of jobs.

Cons

Raises have been replaced with potential minimum annual bonuses with no guarantee each year. There is no longer any flex time. The workforce is currently being reduced through attrition unless a department is severely understaffed. Management is very inefficient due to rampant favoritism and the "good old boy" network. Many systems are broken or outdated. It used to be a good company to work for but those days are gone.

Good salary, 401k match, & affordable benefits (health, dental, etc) Great health incentive programs too. Lots of opportunity to network and potentially grow. Nice co-workers! Amazing product!

Cons

No flexibility, poor work/life balance, not family friendly! Does not treat employees like hard working, educated people they are. Highly disorganized/dysfunctional environment with low moral. Management is reactive. Small amount of paid time off.

Cons

Little to no mobility within the company. Employee development is non existant. Unrealistic expectations of hours worked per week. No schedule flexibility for salaried employees.
