Bound to make new friends due to the sheer amount of employees. There are many great people on both the union and salary side.

Cons

Does not take a modern day scientific approach to how employees are treated. Many years of pay freezes (extra hours and effort go unrewarded). Underperforming generally has very little consequence coupling this ontop of pay freezes has caused alot of social loafing.
