Personal performance is not rewarded Quality comes second to schedule The annual "performance raise" is actually a 2.5%-3% cost of living adjustment. The only raises come from employee reclassification (a promotion). The company is typically behind the times/slow to adjust. There is a huge problem with attrition, especially with the 5-7 year experience level. This is because most people realize that the only way to be able to earn what they're actually worth is to leave the company.
