      It is steady, but you are unlikely to be very happy

      Pros

      The job is steady and not too demanding. Middle and lower management are good.

      Cons

      Upper management has continually shown they don't care at all about their employees only their profits. Projects rarely come to a finish. The relationship between EB and the NAVY is awful and relationships between departments is not good.

      Pros

      Very interesting work and incredible people. Very good company to start a career with.

      Cons

      Lack of opportunity for career development on the engineering side. Salaries are becoming less and less competitive. Benefits are being reduced or taken away. Priorities are constantly changing depending on what management is getting yelled at for that day.

      No parking, Management doesn't care about any employee issues, poor tuition reimbursement, bonus is a joke
