Pros
As a system engineer, there is a lot of opportunity to get involved in different areas in the company. Additionally, the amount of responsibility can be beneficial to a person's career since it allows for better time management and better accountability.
Cons
The biggest challenge is the company turnover. Some departments in the company have no knowledge transfer program in place, which creates a difficult learning curve for new employees. Additionally, management's laser-focus on meeting schedule can demoralize new employees who are struggling to learn company's policies and procedures.
