Too much work put on a persons plate. Supervisors don’t know the job and think and act like they are so much better than those they supervise. They don’t lead- they can’t answer questions because they don’t do the work! People get promoted because they have that leader “look” rather than based on their performance or job ability. People are passed over all the time and the lazy folks get the same raise percentages as top performers. Management takes credit for their individual contributors work. Compensation is ridiculous- they think they are the smartest people in the company.

Less PTO & Tuition Reimbursement than competitors. No sick days.
