Terrible vacation/sick time policy. Terrible overttime policy (5 free hours before you get a dime)

Cons

Enormous corporate bureaucracy makes accomplishing anything impossible. Company is too siloed. Employee concerns (like the lack of parking) are completely ignored by management.

Affords lots of opportunity if one is willing to look. In addition, once you have your foot in the door it opens avenues within the other GD business units. Pay is competitive Benefits are above average EB Athletic Club is awesome (Groton location only)

Cons

As you move up through the company the expectation is you'll always be available by phone or computer. It makes the work/ quality of life balance more difficult to manage.
