They're a big company - you're going to be seen as and treated like a number...which is typical for an organization of this size. When you start low, you stay low...also typical There's not a lot of communication; they tend to allow hearsay (rumos) to linger much longer than necessary.

It's the typical push-down model in reference to responsibilities and work load. Managers push more and more responsibilities on lower level resources without any compensation or recognition. The HR department support our division is not helpful at all when questioned about salaries and benefits. The benefits are expensive and there are limited options.
