Pros

Good benefits such as 401K, insurance, life insurance, and remote work.

Cons

Training is too fast, Training and orientation is 7 days, and shadowing your senior was only 2.5 to 3 days. I worked on the phones for maybe 2 days with supervision before being told to go home and set up. The company does not prepare you for many of the real-world questions that customers will ask of you. Constantly yelled at by customers. Told "These are human beings and we need to treat them as such" only to be told to shorten calls and get them off the phones as fast as possible. Supervisors contradict each other. Last-minute meetings. Last minute change of schedule. Not allowed to clock out until manager approves to leave. Confusing time-sheet management. Micro managing. I could go on.
