      Good starter job Learned how to deal with adverse situations

      Low pay Toxic Work Environment, they randomly told me I would work from 6pm - 3am one day and expected me to attend a mandatory meeting at 9am the following day. They asked for me to "power through" a presentation with the client the same day my grandfather died.

Leadership's commitment to employee health and safety - especially in the Covid era - has been world class. GDIT has a strong commitment to ethical behavior and an inclusive culture, which makes you feel proud to be a part of the team. Internal mobility and technical learning are strongly encouraged.
