GDIT is a great place to start your IT career. Many opportunities, across the country and globally.
Cons
They have such a low profit margin on their IT contracts that they never have enough money for raises. They call them merit increases. An people are not reviewed on their performance. They do straight percent of 33% top performers, 33% average and 33% needing help. Even if you work on a team were you and all your peers are outstanding, 1/3 of them will be ranked average, and another 1/3 ranked as needing improvement.
