After 20+ years here, there are no positives. This company has sucked the life from me.

Cons

Toxic environment from the top down. People live in constant fear of being fired or laid off. 50 salaried heads let go this week because management has no clue how to run a business. The model used from 50 years ago being spoon fed work has long passed yet the ones in charge stand out front with their hand out trying to keep the lights on.
