      Pros

      Bleeding edge technologies in a major growth field. Exposure to a variety of engineering roles. Multidisciplinary teams of electrical, mechanical, software, and systems engineering.

      Cons

      Chaotic, management not experienced with large scale programs, management with little or no experience working elsewhere. This company invented "not invented here." Lack of leadership and communications. Someone has to be empowered to set the goals and keep everyone marching toward it.
