      A billion+ $ in sales; Strong, diverse (in products) company; Flexible, 9/80 work schedule; Excellant health/medical benefits; 401(k).

      Cons

      Company pushes 'diversity' (among people), but is not as diverse as they say. They need to embrace domestic partner benefits and come into reality along with 'the big three', 'AmEx', and many other businesses in the area in order to stay competitive. Professional advancements are not given when they are deserved or to who deserves them. Many highly qualified, experienced people are passed over.

      9/80 Work Schedule: You take every other Friday off Fairly laid back atmosphere

      Cons

      Flex time policy could be improve - not flexible enough Not a place that moves very fast - too many inneficient processes. Everything takes long to do.

      Pros

      Working environment at the lower levels was enthusiastic and information flowed freely to facilitate completion of job specific tasks.

      Cons

      Management often tried to stop the free flow of information across departments due to trust issues at that level. This fostered an "accomplishment in spite of management" mentality.
