      They have some good engineers and make some fine products. The company takes care of its employees and things like health care, family picnics and Christmas parties are top notch.

      Cons

      The company is too conservative in it product ideas. They do not let their employees innovate enough or adequately fund innovative efforts.

      If you are deployed overseas you stand to make a very nice income. Chances to be cross trained in other departments are very strong.

      Cons

      Who you know greatly dictates your working experience within this company. Hard work is constantly stated to be viewed as very important factor but truly is not valued as much as personal relationships within this company.
