      Awesome product. Off every other Friday.

      Management. No realistic OT pay.

      Pros

      The benefits are pretty good. Start times are pretty flexible, so employees with children can get them off in the morning.

      Cons

      The pay is less than it should be (employees are undervalued) and there have been rounds of layoffs recently. It is VERY difficult to get a promotion, unless you are part of the 'in club". The defense industry is in a state of flux right now, and is unstable.

      Competitive wages with better then average benefits. Clean working environment with high safety standards. Company provides family oriented social events throughout the year.

      Cons

      Fluctuation with job security. Work load fluctuates from month to month. Hours worked could be as much as 70 hours per week down to being laid off because of lack of work.
