Pros

Nothing to mention that is good about this compnay.

Cons

The management does not care about employees. They consistently let employees get away with doing nothing, and making some do all the work. They let employees with a disability work as mechanics and those employees use their disabilitiy against all other employees and make them do most of the work. The pay is not up to the standards that is should be. The anual review system is terribly shewded and not worth the time to fill out. The management keeps telling the employees that the review determines how much of a pay increase that we get and it doesn't help at all. The pay is set on a scale and they are giving a raise dependent on the where you are at on the scale, but trying to keep everyone in the middle of the scale. If you work your tail off and someone doesn't do much of anything they could get a larger raise if they are lower on the scale. If you are deployed overseas they do not support their employees. You live like animals, are treated like animals, work in deplorable conditions, and any problems are ignored. They make so much money from the government that they don't care about any of their employees

Pros

Not bad pay for the amount of work and challange, benifits are pretty good also I like the early hours gives more time in the evenings as well as beating the soldiers off post

Cons

Management shoots form hip and when you bring the issue to there attention either they deny it or tell you it's not there fault because they did not know the policy. Mangement also gets involved when the supervisor on site should be handling an issue. The management team also lets an employee go behind the back of a supervisor or another employee then does not get all sides before rendering a decision. Management is not honest with the employees that are in thier charge and is always looking for someone to blame. This is not a place where the head shed looks after those that do the work, this company is more of a popularity contest then a company that cares about and looks after those that make them the money. This company is not for those that have ideas or have a great work ethic, it is for the politically correct and for those that just want a place to hang there hat, not make a career

Pros

Close to Home, Every Other Friday Off, Stress Free.

Cons

Co-workers and people that have been with company for more than 5 years live in LALA Land. No reality. The Accounting and Finance jobs aren't Analytical. Oracle is an abortion of a system, in addition to all the other systems in place. If you stay there to long you will make yourself unmarketable and will lose all sense of worth. The jobs require no thinking and all you do is push papers.
