Dealing with the HR and the upper management is a joke!! No one knows what they are doing,the most disappointed I have ever been working for a company! Always trying to screw you out of something.

Management does not have a clue. Many have been here 15 or more years. They wouldn't know world class if it fell on them. No clue as to what the rest of the world is doing. Instead of developing new business, their business strategy is to whine about the defense cutbacks. Pathetic. They think they are doing good when many departments are at least partially disfunctional. Perhaps it is what they want. Wait, another new VP. Just what we needed. I hear Nero playing his fiddle.
