Great 401k and great pto, sick leave, etc.

Cons

Outstanding expectations with very little instruction. Hard work with pennies as pay. Supervisors did not uphold the same standard for every employee. Takes way too long to actually make good money even after getting acceleration after acceleration.

Outdated office Outdated management style Benefits have not kept up with the times. Vacation and PTO is low and rigid. Too much reliance on overtime to meet goals. Little room for advancement unless you're in a specialized role or a managers favorite. Lots of people in leadership roles with zero people skills. low leadership visibility
