-Management is incompetent -the union, which you have no choice but to join, is incompetent or just doesn’t care A union is supposed to protect its people, but this one does not. They cater to the company at all times. Upper management also only sees you as a number, people are getting disciplinary action for calling off with legitimate doctors notes. The company is also in the process of calling back >30 people from a lay-off, and we are finding out now that we will have to go a whole year with our vacation or personal time. The pay will be good if you can make it the 6 years to get the top rate.
