Profits over quality, words over actions
Pros
Good vacation allotment interesting but repetitive work task. good benefits ok pay.
Cons
Leadership consistently looks to overwork people due to lack of sfaffing and unwillingness to increase staff numbers. HR refuse to change hiring mindset from 10+ years ago when a job posting on the ckmpany website generated lots of applications, they continue to use these instead of actively recruiting amd using up to date online systems. the pay scale ratio has drastically not kept up with inflation. and has fell way behind where it stood in relation to industry over the last 5 yrs and moreso the last 10. people making poor decisions are continually put in position to keep making the same decisions. Quality of product is way down and emphasis is put on just getti g a product through production to get a payment over building a quality product right the first time. Rush to production while still designing creating lots of changes and rework needed post production. they speak alot about being the workplace of choice but do very little to actually create a good work life balance and an enjoyable workplace. A degree is valued over experience and competency. they don't take experience of qorkers into account when making decision on actions taken. innovation is discouraged. all this makes it hard to retain young new talent.
