      The work was very interesting, but growth wise it was extremely difficult to advance.

      Pros

      Very interesting technology. Lots of very bright people working there. Good benefits, such as 401K, vacation, health plan. Close to Boston.

      Cons

      Very difficult to get recognized for good work. If you are not a part of the good old boys network, it is very difficult to get promoted or advance. There is not enough or no career development activities, such as offsite or onsite training.

      Pros

      Time off, health benefits, breakfast at the on site cafeteria, flexible work schedule, parking, distance from main freeways and working with wonderful individuals.

      Cons

      The lunch at the cafeteria is not worth your money or what it does to your body. Systems Engineering has issues defining specificness in requirements which causes issues with design and test. Your time is not always valued, e.g. you either have too much to do or not are scrambling to find something to do. You may end up putting in your required 20% travel in one trip.
