      Pros

      The majority of the people working here are kind, helpful, and professional.

      Cons

      Pay is low. Despite this small team handling millions of dollars in payroll each week, for people who make up to half a million per year, many reps require multiple job to survive. Reps are encouraged not to take breaks. A few of the managers and supervisors are extremely condescending, hardly understanding that they employ adults.

      Pros

      Operates like a small business which gives you the ability to wear many hats and experience many job functions. Definitely have to be a self driven person, and learn to operate independently. There is not a lot of hand holding or oversight. Lots of interesting testing and challenging problems to solve though.

      Can be demanding and the work life balance can be a bit off at times.

      Salary was really good and hybrid working as well.

      Had a lot of finance not really related to the proposals. I do not have a accounting background that was needed for the specific position
