9/80 Work Week. Ok Benefits although reduced more and more each year. No micro managing and decent facilities which were consistently being upgraded
Cons
Lots of Favoritism.Culture of work place bullying and hostility. Lots of layoffs and done in small batches rather than large numbers so not to have to report to public as they are publicly traded. insulting pay raises 1-3 percent yearly and in some cases none. No accountability and management just wants to hear everything is OK even when it is not. Insulting incentives and rewards like a cheap Chetah pin when someone saves the company tens of thousands of dollars. High turnover.
