Pros

Good salary for the area and employees are dedicated to the customer. Vast majority of employees come to work each day and give 100% effort.

Cons

Benefits available through the company decrease every year. The company says this is in order to remain competitive which is business talk for our competitors are cutting back so we will too.

Pros

Benefits for this company are standard, and the pay is nice. Some of the employees are nice, but the employees that have worked with GD for sometime know that it is better to stay quiet, head down, and no talking. I guess this isn't a pro huh?

Cons

As a new employee, there isn't an introduction on how organizationally things work. Your supervisor could be across the country and could care less about you. You are a Lemming and if you don't know how to go out and find work for the company, you are not worth their time. You are treated poorly, and with contempt. I suffered a stroke working for this company because of the stress that was constantly put upon my shoulders. Stress to do work that wasn't there. I spent most of my time creating reports that were unnecessary and wasn't reviewed by anyone.
