      Pros

      They pay well when times are good. Starting to offer basic incentive programs. You will find that you wear multiple hats.

      Cons

      Place is somewhat disorganized, accountability isn't easily found, and management is a bit fickle . Hourly employees do not have a clear path upwards in the pay structure- management uses this to their advantage . Basic production tasks are driven to heavily by management who have little experience in the matter- the process becomes several times more difficult and is unnecessarily dragged out.

      Pros

      It's good for entry level into a call center. People that work there are all nice. The hours are Monday thru Friday. You can get holidays off.

      Cons

      You will not get a raise ever it's not in the contract. You cannot get up trained they do not have it at that center. They treat you like you are a robot not a human being. Absences run on a point system not good for people with kids.

      Pros

      Some work areas working with cutting edge engineering and design. Decent pay and benefits. Very little requirements to work beyond normal hours due to government overtime regulations.

      Cons

      Sometimes overwhelming government oversight and inability to have any affect on those processes. Salary increases are minimal and barely negotiable. Business is ultimately decided by congressional action or inaction.
