      Pros

      Great place to work if you are in the right division. Great PTO Good benefits Some good work spaces There's some good managers

      Cons

      AIS is currently struggling in the Scottsdale facility so it's a very stressful place. Old boys club mentality. The lowest tech company that claims to be high tech Open concept work spaces are terrible.

      Pros

      Good people, for the most part. Change needs to occur, but nobody is willing to take the first step. Extremely risk averse.

      Cons

      Everyone is running scared. Staff has been reduced from 10,000 to under 2,000 in a very short period of time. More reductions in force are scheduled.

      Paid Well, but the drama superceeded it. the workload and instability creates a demeaning environment.

      Great benefits. Good pay. Decent training program.

      Cons

      Lack of actual managemen amd incentives. Senior management team was a flop. Couldnt stick to policy and procedures. Didnt back supervisors. Hired too many ratchet club going drama queens and drug bumpers. Hostile working environment.
