Good beneftis, great people to work with, great atmosphere, opportunity for advancement...eventually. Really helping people from all over the US.

Cons

Computer problems made it very frustrating at times. Low starting pay with no raises for a long period of time. Very strict attendance policy.

Every business unit operates completely different. I was not in a good business unit.

Cons

No leadership. Just million dollar babies who manage their bonuses and not the businesses.
