Pros

Nice and empathetic people, decent benefits, and strong culture of diversity and inclusion.

Cons

Lack of process, role clarity and organizational strategy. Career development is now significantly hampered due to recent restructure and work load has increased due to less people and large layoffs. Strong talent have left for other companies as well.

Pros

Benefits like 6% 401k match, affordable health insurance, parental bonding leave, 3 weeks PTO plus 1 week paid Sick and Emergency Time Off.

Cons

Shift leaders look for individuals to promote who will not challenge the current work process, rather, they will carry out orders unquestioned. For this, management continues to stagnate and hasn’t improved in the 7 years I’ve been employed. In large part, they’re not equipped with the skills to deal with the human or emotional side of management. They carry out orders regardless of the factors that make each employee unique. It amazes all of us how quick management is to fire someone. On the flip side of that, when management decides to have mercy, they do so with individuals with whom they have a personal relationship. Managers supposedly know the company policy and organizational processes and procedures like the back of their hands, but they have no skill set for the human aspect of management. There is a large disconnect between management and employee engagement, which also contributes to our lack of talent retention and wellbeing.

Pros

not at this moment, after what i experienced

Cons

I used to think this is an okay company, but recent experience maybe reveal what kind of company it truly became. There is a HR unit called employee relationship, and they use threatening and coercion to force you comply and do what they want you to do. I am not a lawyer, but I guess their approach is not strictly speaking legal, I am leaving anyway and I don't have the time to fight this. (facing a corporation individual is always vulnerable I guess) and I also don't want my manager to be in trouble. So really think twice before you want to join this company.
