Pros

Lots of experience in a short amount of time. You really get to know how the plant works through three different roles.

Cons

There is really no structure in the MEA program. They throw you out there and if you can't learn on your own, then you are left hanging out to dry. The culture of the plant can really wear you down in addition to the undesirable working hours. There is also a lack of process and trust among hourly and salary workers.
