Pros

Great coworkers and good benefits

Cons

Constant change, and churn. Initiatives du jour. Not the place it used to be.

Pros

Good benefits, paid weekly, somewhat decent pay (not enough for all the things you have to do such a basic normal production and sanitations etc.) Holiday shutdowns, vacation pay.

Cons

Too many unexpected shutdowns, sometimes for weeks at a time. Sometimes we were offered to work as "temps" in other departments to make up hours lost, but I was hired as an operator, not a furst staffer. Favoritism was big. Make sure you get in good with the hire ups if you want a TLA or potential TL position. Hard workers who have been there for years got pushed aside for "newer" employees. Drama. It felt like high school all over again at times. My advice is to keep to yourself for the most part.
