High integrity, super smart people, great opportunities for development

Cons

Downsizing people without downsizing workload. Not as open to diverse work styles as they think they are.

Pros

A great many talented people in the organization. Manufacturing is well structured and well supported with corporate resources. Many opportunities to move around and try many different roles. Experience with a big food company such as General Mills is looked favorably upon by other food companies.

Cons

Continued declines in multiple businesses. Multiple restructures in recent past which included substantial layoffs. Big organization makes for a glacial product development pace. Turnover on the business teams a big distraction and slows progress even more.
