Pros

Benefits, family life-career balance are some of the things I was looking for with this company.

Cons

Meeting, meeting and more meetings. Never time to do the job in a correct manner. Work load versus training very poor.

Pros

Great benefits, work life balance, high quality training , personnel. Wining brands, credibility with customers. Continuous improvement initiatives. Steady, strong ship.

Cons

Slower to respond in consumer market, relying on canned approach/ systems rather than custom expertise with customer. Adverse to change even when key customers challenge organization as "late, slow" behind the curve vs innovator.

Pros

Strong brands and strong people.

Cons

All the common detractors for a giant company: slow, not agile, a lot of red tape to get certain things done, etc.
