Flexibility/Work-Life balance, the people and culture are best in class, new focus on Natural/Organic brands (ex. Annie's) is exciting with where consumers are going

Cons

Relocation is required (Minneapolis) for growth which limits potential of many employees.

I worked at the Lodi plant 33 1/2 years. I worked in every department . I loved it. I learned a lot .

The nrw teamleaders coming in are a little to green. Out of touch with reality
