      great place to work great people and excellent benfits. really enjoyed working there.

      a lot of hours the lower management is write up happy, but you follow the rules and you will be ok

      excellent company culture, strong community values; summer hours (Friday afternoon off); interesting work and great people, excellent benefits; onsite gym

      Cons

      numerous layoffs have disrupted the work groups and company culture. As an administrative assistant it is important that managers communicate clearly with me about their needs and expectations.

      Pros

      Great work-place flexibility (flexible hours, work from home options, etc.), however I will add that much of this is dependent on the manager regardless of the company's support. Good benefits and nice on-site perks like on-site clinic, free use of fitness center, coffee shop, hair salon and so many other things to help you juggle work and life.

      Cons

      Don't value experienced hires in the way that they do university recruits. Career paths are very clear for those coming through the university process. Conservative and slow to implement change(s) Top down management style
