Pros

People, development, communities, leadership, transparency, first Wednesday, job rotation, Hispanic community, brands, Amazing HR, facilities, flexibility, benefits, recruitment involvement and much more

Cons

The only potential issue I see are for people who really want marketing experience. At General Mills you will be an amazing business manager and marketing is part of that.

Pros

Great people, I really can't stress it enough. Competent individuals who are willing to help you when you have a question. Also, the benefits are outstanding.

Cons

Advancement is based on your ability to relocate. i believe this is the sole reason people leave (don't want to spend the rest of their lives in Minneapolis). Also a very conservative company, if you don't fit the mold, you won't advance.
