Pros

They have great benefits, very Minnesota Nice culture, friendly, social, great leaders, treat employees well from the bottom to the top

Cons

Expectation to network incessantly, promotions seem more about being well-liked than anything else, cult-like place where there are prescribed norms for how you act

Pros

-Work/Life balance is great. -Training, even for interns is available -Pay is good! They paid my relocation expenses and subsidized part of my housing/utilities/internet. -Projects are challenging and meaningful; you really feel like you are working toward a goal. -Welcoming atmosphere; most people are energized and happy with their jobs. -The structure of the company allows for cross-functional job opportunities.

Cons

-Plant locations tend to be mostly in the Midwest and in cities in the middle of nowhere. -The company culture may not be right for everyone.
