Pros

Pay, benefits, location, solid union plant in the greater chicago area...........that's about all for the good with this company seeing they are closing us in 2017.

Cons

Management are morons, the ceo is an idiot taking a raise after announcing our plant closure. The plant, though it's old, is still a money maker and that's all they care about. Corporate greed.

Pros

Great benefits! Peers are great people to work with. I guess I have to have 20 words but there is nothing else good to say!

Cons

Lack of quality management! Constant idea theft even up to plant manager. If you don't have a degree you are considered sub par to the college kids and sycophants. Lack of advancement opportunities. Lack of comparable compensation for increased work load.
