Good ride while it lasted

Pros

Great learning experience. Great pay and benefits.

Cons

To much selling internally: You have to work on only one project and advertise to 5 in upper management to get ahead versus working 5 projects and reporting to one upper manager. Long term this will not benefit the company

Pros

Very good benefits, flexible working conditions, good learning opportunities. Very seasoned and passionate experts work at this company which greatly enhance the development of more junior employees.

Cons

Slow decision making, progression in one's career can seem very slow and formulaic. Engagement across all levels is not necessarily consistent. Salary for existing employees does not keep up with new hires.

Good Ole Boy Mentality

Pros

The benefits are the car, gas card, health insurance, etc, Also, summer hours, 1/2 day on Friday then off for the weekend starting from May 31 to Sept 1st.

Cons

No leadership in field sales. Everyone is out to get someone...You better make friends with one person that you can trust, because there are no morals, standards or ethics in this company. It is the "good ole boy's club" or as we say in the south, the bubba Club! In the corporate offices in Minnesota, totally different world, than outside sales.
