Pros

Met some incredibly talented, young individuals that will go far in life. Enjoyed the challenging, ever-changing work environment.

Cons

A tremendous amount of office and company politics. This is a relationship based company, and does not offer much opportunity to try cross-functional roles unless you know the right people.

Pros

Espouses terrific values High levels of integrity with customers and consumers Support for community Sustainability

Cons

What once was a great culture is now changing due to restructurings, job eliminations, expense containment, etc. Employees who are "left behind" to pick up the pieces are beginning to leave and more will go after meager incentive checks in the summer.
