Pros

- Great cross-functional talent, some of the best people I've ever had the pleasure to work with - Great processes and collaboration accross functions, which provides a great opportunity to go through a robust traditional marketing training - Experience is highly valued at other places - Great compensation - Classic brands with tons of consumer love - Awesome headquarter campus

Cons

- Culture has shifted significantly in the last couple of years, with fear of lossing your job dominating senior level decisions and behavior - Strong desire to change to a consumer-first approach from the top of the house, but struggling to commit in the president/director levels given performance pressures and short-term goals - Lack of transparency

Pros

Top notch talent, decent work/life balance, nice headquarters campus (gym, salon, Caribou, company store, shipping services, etc)

Cons

The culture has taken a turn for the worst over the past few years. Most employees are very unhappy and management does not seem to care. Business is struggling causing people to work harder without any increase in recognition, benefits or pay. Rigid career path that must be followed to advance.
