Pros

Compensation, remote, recognized brand and not much else

Cons

Woke company, they treat you like a number, they don't practice what they preach. A bunch of liars.

Pros

Strong brands, competitive pay, pockets of good managers and strong teams to build your career.

Cons

Lots of office politics with much of the leadership staff focused on their own careers versus developing others or growing the business. Talent and hard work is second to driving down admin costs, and no one's job is safe. Constant restructuring and cost cutting and caused the loss of too many good people and services. Growth initiatives are too safe and focused on smaller opportunities.
