Pros

Work/life balance is emphasized and technical support and mentorship are easy to come by. Good place to build a career.

Cons

Multiple reorgs in the past few years, meaning you have to be flexible and ready for change at any time. Constant shifting has made it hard to maintain relationships and build team candor.

Pros

Fewer and fewer.....nice campus, a few good people left. Always hopeful, they could turn it around...but won't happen. Really look at yourself in the mirror...do,you have the best talent.

Cons

HR leadership is terrible and dishonest. Don't believe what they say and be very careful as they will terminate you if you have an opinion.

Pros

-The people are great -There are a lot of perks at the HQ (cafeteria, gym, salon, free parking, etc)

Cons

-For several years now, there has been a lack of clear, realistic business strategy from leaders -Sr. Leaders have been in place for a long time, despite poor performance for a while -Many director level + jobs have been eliminated, making career progression past manager extremely tough
