Pros

Retains SME's which they view as a benefit yet won't pay them for what they're worth. Implementation of helpful Ai systems for daily work.

Cons

New ideas come from many different areas. SME's are not always paid the value they're worth. Culture is shifting away from "always do the right thing". If stand up for what is right, they will try to silence you. They will tell you no promotions from within, have to IJM ( internal job market), yet still promote high performers for retention purposes. Continued layoffs in small pockets.
