Too many middling managers that don't seem to have an actual job function except taking credit for other people's hard work. Recent devaluation of job titles in an attempt to keep people from finding a job elsewhere has backfired and now the most talented people are leaving in droves for better opportunities. The good reviews that you're reading are usually from new people that have yet to fully grasp just how messed up this company really is. Expect to see a negative reviews from these same people in a couple of years once it all sinks in.

Lot of pressure on the industry - forcing changes and restructuring. The politics can drive you nuts. The hiring profile hasn't changed in years and likely won't, so unless you fit the "mold" you will have to work twice as hard. If you are a chosen one, then it is a great company. Everyone else is just a pawn.
